On 8 March 2022 as I exited the Catron County Clerk’s Office after registering to run for Magistrate Judge of Catron County in the then upcoming election I was assaulted by a S.W.A.T Team and a Bomb Squad all with weapons drawn and fingers on the triggers. The “crime” is a Motion for Forgiveness and Petition to Seal filed by Thomas Cecil Miller, esquire in a Colorado case that had been decided and closed two years prior.
